MST week is finally over!!
we had our first SHATEC lecture today. lol. the lecturer is damn humurous lah. although the content seems to be a bit boring, but he managed to liven up the lecture with the many jokes he made.
went home straight after lecture. was thinking of meeting the chickens for dinner but after the 1 hour nap which i managed to take, i got very giddy and my stomach was hurting like hell. so stayed at home instead..
school will be officially starting next week again. projects and all. :(

at 10.00am i tried the 1st question. omg. only know how to do up to part C. so i turned to the next page. wth. what is this thing talking about. think think think then write write write. when i haven even finish my question 2, the teacher shouted "25 minutes left". omg! quickly turned to the 3rd page. omg. i cant remember the formula for average occupany rate. with the word "dead" in my mind, i anyhow hantam. when i was just writing in the recommendation for that question, the teacher shouted "left 15 minutes!" shit! i haven finish my first question. scribbled scribbled then quickly turned to the first question, with the constant sounds of flipping of pages from my classmates. stressed! and when the time is up, i handed in the paper, preparing myself for the worst already.
okay. so that's how i did my FMAH paper. i wonder what will TBR be like then. lol

i spent the weekend studying IHRO and the whole of last night watching "1 House, 2 Family, 3 Surname" and Initial D. around 11pm, Leann smsed me to reconfirm the timing and venue of our today test: MICE. i stared at the word MICE and for a moment, i thought my whole world has collasped. erm. that was exaggerating. okay. so i was damn shocked that i actually remembered the wrong date. but i still went to sleep around 11pm. wanted to wake up at 3am to study, but when i woke up, i was like very gong gong cha cha. i dont even understand what i was reading. so i went back to sleep and woke up at 6.30 to study. yeah. so i managed to study but i still cant do the paper.

finally managed to finish the rwps draft report. the word "draft" simply destressed me and settled everything. lol.
omg! MST next week! and i've only just came to realize that almost whole of TBR textbook is tested. all along i thought it was only tested till somewhere in the middle. :( and there's lots to memorize for IHRO and MICE. how are those stuffs gonna be squeezed into this puny brain of mine...?

one week and three days of our holidays have already passed. and i still haven finish the report or mugging. omg. but i think the holidays are quite good. dont have to report to school everyday. can sleep at whatever time and wake up at whatever time. ahh.
but soon, all of these will be over and i will find myself back at some lecture hall again. arugh.
- time is precious. lose it and it will never come back.

was "attached" to Amara Hotel for 3 hours today. from 12pm to 3pm. it's a pity our group cant do the thing together. rachael, meijun and chengngee was on the first shift from 9am to 12pm. omg. it was very very tiring. standing there for 3 hours and observing them. i was almost at the verge of collasping at 2.58pm. lol. i wonder how the front office receptionists can stand for EIGHT hours long! some even worked for 12 hours straight! omg! but that 3 hours was indeed quite fruitful and fun lah. from seeing a woman screaming at the top of her voice at her husband/bf to learning about their front office operations, very eventful indeed. lol. i must say the woman has very good stamina. she was shouting so loud that even the staff behind the closed doors came rushing out to see what happened. lol. Mr Gerald Cheiw also even recommended a part-time job to us! :)
after that, on our way back, leann and i saw another group of our coursemates going to Amara Hotel for their interview. lol. Amara Hotel is really very nice and friendly to accept so many of our requests. Amara Hotel is simply very very nice lah.

okay. so i met the gang at Tahjong Pagar at 2.15pm for the interview with the Front Office Manager from Amara Hotel. the person is really very very nice!! he's very friendly and helpful lah. the interview was quite okay, except for the parts when he started asking us a few questions regarding Amara Hotel. hahaha. we dint fully prepare ourselves before the interview. felt a bit bad lah. he is so friendly and helped us a lot, yet we couldnt answer just a few simple questions. nvm, as what meijun had said, we shall take it as a lesson learnt. :)
anyway, Amara Hotel is really super nice, trendy and cosy! the service staff are very friendly and cheery too! and he is also damn damn nice to even show us around the hotel! it really doesnt look like a business hotel to me. their interior design is really nice and fabulous and WOW! okay. my vocab is limited. managed to snap a few pictures. shall let the pictures do the talking then.

yesterday as i was clearing the stuffs on my table, i saw this photo and memories came flooding back to me again. all the good and bad ones.. i miss my secondary school life!
anyway, this is DTRM02! looks so cheery. haha
!!!!!!! 2 weeks of hols, for the lecturers.. we got so many projects and reports to complete.. besides the week after the hols, it would be our MST week liao. omg. have to study for 5 modules. 've been very very slack for this week. never do tutorials, never do project, always sleeping super early and no motivation to study at all.. dont know what's wrong with me...
speaking of modules, i almost burst out laughing in the midst of TBR tutorial when meijun and i realised how lost we are. the tutor just rambled on and on and on and the whole class seemed so quiet and lost.. some were stoning and some were drawing on their papers.. i think i am crazy. i find things comical even in their mundane ways.

just now as i was doing my accounts tutorial, i found myself dozing off. thus, i went take a nap. around 8.30pm, my mum tried to woke me up to ask me to have my dinner. and guess what i reply her.

i was semi-concious then. lol. then i anyhow uttered rubbish at her. i couldnt wake up and she kept shaking me. and i uttered more rubbish. -.-
and my sis just smsed me. she told me she dreamt of herself fighting Captain Jack Sparrow and the Bapoper or smth de. in her dreams, she turned to her left, she fought with Bapoper, which happened to be the wall.. she turned to her right to fight Captain Jack - my grandma. and i burst out laughing. lol.

the book " A child called 'IT' " by Dave Pelzer is nice and really gross at the same time.
i wonder if it's actually written based on a true story. if it is, i think the boy must be god or something. he must have great determination. if not, how could he probably have suffered through all those tortures and humiliations??? his mother must be seriously sick or some sort of a psycho.
the book is basically talking about the life of a boy who was constantly being abused by his mum, whom he called as The Bitch. his mother no longer considered him a human, but something worst than dogs. she starved him and whacked him like nobody's business. there was this time Dave managed to steal some food from school. he quickly gobbled them down before going home. however, after he reached home, his wonderful mother thrashed her fingers down his throat, forcing him to vomit out everything that he had eaten. this is cruel enough already. however, later, she forced him to eat back that partially digested matter again. that's so sick can. besides that, she tortured him with every method she could think of - from the usual whackings and slappings to eating his baby brother's shit. and sometimes, she even forced him to drink ammonia or even locked him up in the bathroom filled with a mixture of ammonia and soap.
omg. now i realised how fortunate i am. this book is quite good. worth reading. :) hmmm. so next time if my dad decides to cut my allowance, i shouldnt complain. lol.
okay. shall start reading their next book "The Lost Boy" and start on the boy's adventure.
