ohhh it's been some time since i updated my blog. i am in the business library now. i love my gems too - the Chinese idioms one. It's pretty good cause the lecturer allows us to leave once our attendance is taken. woooooooo. that explains why i am here now..
school was okay. there are two days now, whereby we have to be in formal wear.
Mila's standard: formal wear = formal wear with business suits. smart casual = formal wear.
Our standard: formal wear = formal wear. smart casual = polo tee and jeans. lol.
she's at a level higher than us. but it's for our own good anyway. to prepare us for the working life in the future. grand canyon leh. lollollol.
it's only the second week of school and projects are piling up. i quite like the modules global business environment and understanding cross cultural diversities. it's interesting in a way, better than the module regarding hotel's security. there are seriously a lot of projects - GBE, UCCD, GOM, HSITA and SQ. i think should go cut roasted pig already, to bless the projects to be smoothsailing and wonderful.
a random note. last night, my mom and i cabbed back from the MRT station. staying near the MRT station has both its advantages and disadvantages. my home is just a 15-minute walk from the MRT station. when i am feeling energetic, i walk home. but when i am feeling super tired, i take the bus. but while waiting for the bus, i looked at the taxi stand next to it. it's so tempting la. if i take the cab, it will only take 3 minutes and cost $2.70!! cheap cheap! maybe i should skip lunch in school and cab home everyday. shiok.
okay. i am suppose to be looking for information regarding the US and China military conflicts. i should go focus now. hahahaha.
