Service Quality was interesting today. we did some role playing and learnt how to tackle the different types of customers. went off for tuition before going off to jurong point. i finally bought a new laptop casing, after so many months, and a new pair of shoes. :D

oh yah, the service in certain shops is really super damn lousy.

i went to this shop and tried on a top and 2 bottom. while trying, the sales assistant pushed another bottom to me. so i tried and felt that all of them werent really my type. so i told the sales assistant that i take a look around first. and my god, her face turned black instantenously, like i owed her money or something. and as i returned the clothes to her, she kept quiet and stared at me. whoa. EXCELLENT service huh. no thank you, no nothing. if i patrnoize your shop and try on the clothes means that i must buy something from there is it, even if it doesnt suit me or i dont like it. -________________________- it really spoilt my mood la. might as well ask me go and jump into the river. ohhh. hahahahah.

gonna go for retail therapy again tml, but this time, it is for official business. haha. Service Quality Project. wowow.
